At the end of a private tree-lined drive, on a wildlife rich small-holding, stand Carpenter's Tinney Cottages, which have been carefully restored from an old range of stone and cob barns forming part of a traditional farm courtyard. Inside, guests will find cosy rooms with comforatble furnishings. Outside, in the flowered courtyard, you can wander the delightful grounds which sweep down to the border of Devon and Cornwall - the river Tamar.

An ideal base for just totally relaxing, visiting a vast array of attractions and only 8 miles from beaches at Bude, Widemouth Bay and Sandymouth Bay.

We have a small amount of livestock: sheep, lambs (from spring until summer), callducks, rabbits and chickens, and not forgetting the vast amount of wildlife.

Whichever season you may visit, whether couples or families, the feeling of "away from it all" is a true reflection of Carpenter's.
